Formed to Serve.
Prepared to Lead With Humility.
Servants Preparation is a coming-soon pathway for older students and emerging servants who want to handle Scripture responsibly, lead discussions well, and serve the Church with humility, faithfulness, and healthy boundaries.

Before We Teach Others, Christ Must Form Us.
The goal is not simply to produce more teachers. It is to form servants whose character, theology, relationships, and habits reflect the Gospel.

Handle Scripture Faithfully
Learn how to prepare, interpret responsibly, and avoid turning personal opinions into Church teaching.

Lead Discussion
Ask good questions, listen carefully, draw students into participation, and keep a discussion focused.

Serve Pastorally
Practice patience, encouragement, appropriate correction, and respect for each student.

Know Your Boundaries
Understand safeguarding, communication expectations, accountability, and the responsibility of serving minors.
“Be an example to the believers in word, in conduct, in love, in spirit, in faith, in purity.”1 Timothy 4:12, NKJV
Service Begins With Faithfulness.
Students who eventually serve should understand that ministry is not a platform for recognition. It is an offering of love, accountability, preparation, and obedience within the life of the Church.
